Welcome to the 2nd Annual CIHR-SRMT Meeting!
The 2nd Annual CIHR-SRMT meeting is an opportunity for our team to reunite and discuss the research progress we have made since our last meeting in July 2009 and to discuss the future of our team. It is the expectation that every team member will attend, especially those that are currently funded by the CIHR-SRMT. Trainees and investigators should register regardless of whether their abstract has been accepted or not. If you are unable to attend, please notify Niccole Germscheid as soon as possible.
In order to guarantee your spot at the 2nd Annual CIHR-SRMT Meeting in Banff, AB, complete the Registration Form found here by APRIL 1, 2010. Late registrations will be accepted; however, delegates will then be responsible for their own housing and meal costs.
By registering before April 1, 2010, the CIHR-SRMT will cover the following costs:
- Housing for delegates for the evenings of May 9 and 10, 2010 at the Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge
- Meals during the length of the meeting
- Transportation of delegates from Vancouver, Edmonton, and Toronto to Calgary and back.
The CIHR-SRMT is not responsible for any additional costs.
The first five delegates to register and specify a 'single' rooming occupancy preference will be guaranteed this as their preferred preference.
An acknowledgement email will be sent once the Registration Form has been submitted.
